Danelle was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. She is a woman of God who carries herself in love, and caring for others. She is a resourceful wife and mother of 4 beautiful daughters.
Although her professional education, and career in Youth Development of over 20 years, has been filled with highlights, she is most proud of being able to help the homeless teen population during the coronavirus pandemic through her non-profit organization, Excellence & Ambition Inc; dedicated to hiring and supporting youth age 14-21 in the areas of entrepreneurship, and workforce development.
She does not remember a time when not believing in Jesus and wanting to be closer to God. She comes from a large family of believers and was raised in the Baptist Church in Edmondson Village on her father’s side, and the Apostolic Church on South Caroline Street in East Baltimore on her mother’s. She loved the teaching she received from the Baptist Sunday school, and the praise and worship of the Apostolic Pentecostal church.
Growing up in the church she was surrounded by love and learned much about religious tradition. As she got older she began to study the scripture for herself. This led her on a journey to study secular history and resources that strengthened her faith, and further informed her walk with Jesus. Lately she has been broadening her knowledge of the Hebraic culture to better understand what the biblical writers would want our modern world to know.
Forever a servant of God, she serves on the Intercessory Ministry at Fresh Start Church in Glen Burnie MD. This work is written in love to remind us that humanity is in need of God now more than ever.
